I'm always open for suggestions, but please do not request custom works or specific variations of a product. I'm following a constant work flow, and there are many stockpiled ideas on a regular basis.
That means, I am rarely allowed few moments of free time. Unfortunately custom works are time consuming, especially because it's impossible to properly please someone's request.
What can I do if I have an issue with something?
If you have a complaint or a question about a product you purchased, do never hesitate to contact me! As far as I know, I don't bite. I'll do my best to reply and solve an issue as soon as possible.
How to contact you?
If you are trying to contact me, it's always best to send me a Notecard if I'm offline. My IMs are capped on a regular basis, and chances are that I might not be able to see your message.
